Let's us make JF forum a place easy to navigate.
Posting the correct information at the correct place.....

i understand news sections is being set for our moderators to post only.
( our moderators are quite fast in posting news... )
If anyone wishes to post news that are NOT found in news sections ( check before you post ) , you can post it in freeboard.
Moderators will move your posting to news section.


PLEASE TAKE NOTE :

1) DO NOT POST news/video/photos that have posted BEFORE.
In another words, [size=18]check before you post. 8)
JFMT will delete your postings w/o informing you.

2) Posting of April Snow related videos/photos in April Snow thread.
Not in video/photo forum.

3) For video/photo forum - you can post those CF, news clips, TV show etc.

4) To reduce the bandwidth usage, do not post video streaming codes.
Just provide the link for members to download to their PC and watch.
ie: right click and save as.
( up to this date our bandwidth usage is 800G !!! , we are facing red alert now .. ops )

Of cos, we encourage our members to post frequently.....

Yes M'am!

Ok, just to explain a little in case some of you think we're being very mean.

At the moment, JF board is in need of a big overhaul, ie, we need to do some major spring cleaning but because of April Snow, we don't have any time at the moment.

As you can imagine, by double posting, it will result in more work for us, not to mention confusing all the very nice guests who drop by here to read the news and vods.

So please, do read before you post and do take note where the articles should go. For eg, flash, artwork etc done by fans should go under the Baesister's artwork section and not in freeboard. News not related to BYJ should go into the other relevant section like Other Dramas etc.

We hope to seek your understanding coz we only got a few hours a day to do this "hobby", which seems to have become a full time job for the committee members.

Dear members

We will be doing major house claening from 1st November onwards. So if there's anything you would like to save, please do so now, in case they get deleted.

In the meantime, just some general clarifications:

1) All artworks (gifs, flash etc) should go under the Artwork by Baesis section. That include flash and artwork on April Snow.

2) Magazine interviews should go under All about BYJ/... Msgs from BYJ.

3) If you have news that have yet to be posted, just put it in freeboard and the moderators will move them.

4) News and information on other Korean entertainment should go under Movies, Dramas, Songs

5) Other relevant news on Korea should go under Korean Wave. Please post only interesting news and not all news.

6) Only English and Chinese news should be posted. If there's an interesting news in other languages, we would really appreciate it if you could translate them before posting. But put the link to the foreign article, in case there are members who would like to read the news in its original language. Translation is very hard work so if you are not able to translate the whole article, just a general translation will do. The main and important parts of the article.

Do remember to read through all sections before you post as otherwise members will be confused and it will mean extra work for the moderators to have to delete them.

Always credit your source and in particular the translator. The translator has taken much time and effort to translate the article. Credit and acknowledgement should be given.

Lastly, thank you for visiting the site often, posting the interesting news, photos and vidoes and generally making this pace more interesting. I know I always look forward to Rosiebaba's posts on the latest photos from the Japanese magazines.

Ok, better start saving your favourite photos and articles now.
