首尔中央地方裁判所5日，明确了广告代理店S公司以裴勇俊和所属事务所为对手，1亿韩元创立了(约760万日元)的反诉损失赔偿请求诉讼。
S公司起诉书，「旅行商品广告不使用裴的名字和照片，使用了所说的与『裴勇俊』的表现的，对于裴勇俊的产权侵害不合适。主张了删除了尽管是对相符合商品的广告的，被媒体散发关联资料，虚伪的报道出来」。
作为用pe先生去年12月，以S公司为对手，巡游自己的家和常去的地方的美容院，健身俱乐部等的旅行的广告被侵害了肖像权，创立着1亿韩元的损失赔偿请求诉讼。
裴方面起诉书「S公司销售旅行的网上购物·网站擅自刊载裴的照片等，募集了日本人游客。主张着因为这个缘故，到裴利用的美容院·健身俱乐部·所属事务所为止日本人游客来等做了，隐私被侵害了」。
