The fan club of Lee Seongyoon, the main cast of the MBC Mon-Tue drama ‘Pasta’, threw the surprise birthday party for him. About 20 members of his fan club, ‘Virus Zone’, threw his birthday party at the restaurant close to the filming site of ‘Pasta’ on the 28th of last month prior to his birthday (March 2nd).
Lee Seongyoon was so surprised when he came outside on his manager’s request during the filming at ‘Buonasera’ restaurant, located at Sinsadong in Gannam in Seoul, which is being used for the drama. Because the food was prepared for 120 staff for the outside buffet and his fans holding birthday presents were waiting for him.
His fans informed this visit only to his manager so not to interrupt his shooting and decided to set the party place at ‘Gorilla’ restaurant right next to the filming site. And ‘Gorilla’ is operated by actor, Bae Yong Joon.
Lee Seongyoon arrived in his chef’s uniform and was welcomed by the real chef of ‘Gorilla’. The employees couldn’t stop laughing when they saw the chef next door. The fans burst out laughing as well by saying, “Finally, our Chef Choi has been scouted at Bae Yong Joon’s restaurant.”
