XX filmed Winter Sonata (Japanese version animation) yesterday at the lawn of the Sun Cruise in Jeongdongjin.
I know that the animation version is broadcasting in Japan.
I heard that Bae Yong Joon and Choi Ji Woo’s wedding scene (outside wedding) will be shown as the last scene.
We filmed that scene. XX will appear as a guest with his mom.
We went there with $$, $$’s mom, %%, and others.
We got up at 4:00 am, left Shinsa station at 6:00 am, and arrived at 9:20 am.
It looked like the filming started at about 10:30 am.
The weather was so nice in the morning, therefore making the filming proceed perfectly.
We had lunch while we faced the sea.
The filming started again after lunch, but the wind was much stronger than usual
The tree, flower decorations, and other props for the filming set fell down and were blown away.
It was a mess.
Even Choi Ji Woo’s veil flew away and ended up in a tree.
The wind was so strong, the filming had to stop.
We waited at the lobby of Sun Cruise and returned home.
It was about 8:30 pm when we arrived in Seoul.
It was the a first time experience. It was tough work.
But we had fun. ^^
His friends and their mothers did a good job.
We enjoyed it. See you again. ^^

About 30 female Japanese fans were hurt or injured when a set being used for the filming of the “Winter Sonata: Another Story” animé series in Gangwon province in South Korea collapsed due to strong winds on March 12.

Hallyu (or Korean Wave) stars Bae Yong Joon (popularly known as Yonsama in Japan) and Choi Ji Woo—stars of the original “Winter Sonata” drama series—were already finished with the shooting of the wedding scene when the accident occurred at the filming site near the Sun Cruise Resort in Gangneung City, Gangwon province in South Korea.
The live action scene will be used as an added bonus to the airing of the “Winter Sonata” anime series that was broadcast in Japan starting October last year. The last episode will be shown on April 24.
Bae and Choi lent their voices for their characters Kang Joon Sang and Jung Yu-jin, respectively, in the animé series.
The injured, women with ages ranging from 40 to 70, were part of the 1,700 fans selected out of 10,000 who applied to view the filming of the scene.
Ambulances and private cars brought the victims to different hospitals. Bae immediately visited them. He also apologized to them and wished for their fast recovery.
Keyeast Co., Bae’s agency, also issued an apology for the accident.
It confirmed that the filming of the scene was already done and Bae was having his picture taken with the fans. But as the wind blew stronger, the photo session was moved inside the resort. As the fans were moving to get to the resort, the strong winds caused the makeshift platform and posts to collapse.
Keyeast will shoulder the hospital expenses of the victims.
The strong winds did not only damage the “Winter Sonata” set but also many parts of Gangwon province.
“Winter Sonata” catapulted Bae and Choi to stardom when it was aired in 2002. The two are part of the first generation of Hallyu stars that became popular in Asia.
Bae commands a huge following in Japan and is the highest paid actor in South Korea.

Thirty Japanese women were injured in an accident Friday while watching the making of an animated drama starring South Korean heartthrob Bae Yong Joon, according to the Japanese Embassy and South Korean police and firefighters.

I felt something knock on my back with a huge force and I fell onto the grass.
At this point, the wooden planks used to build the platform for the photo-taking session collapsed.
In the strong wind, the staff were using all their might to remove the wooden planks
to rescue me from underneath the planks.

Bae Yong Joon will resume the animation Winter Sonata filming in live action which wasn’t able to proceed due to the bad weather at a resort in Gangwondo on the 13th of March. Production team will not reveal where the filming site is and it won’t be open to the public.
An officer related to the production said, “The accident occurred due to the unexpected strong storm and it caused injuries to the Japanese tourists. Additional shooting will proceed in secret to be on the safe side.”

We arrived at the filming site after the twists and turns.
We waited at the basement, and we were called up to the fourth floor.
It was the last scene of the wedding scene.
There were only three children, so the director, assitant director, and staff were nice to us.
The children made noises, but they quieted down when they heard, “Action!”.
They were so nice. Hahaha
We were so happy when Bae Yong Joon ssi and Choi Ji Woo ssi came while we were in the middle of filming.
Of couse, big stars were different. Their atmospheres from their appearnces were different.
My eyestrain disappeared completely. It looked like it was my lucky day, not Yubin’s.
The filming started a little after 11:00, but ended at 4:00
The children were so happy, even though their mothers had leg and lower back pains.
Yubin did something that wasn’t in the script, but the director prasied and encouraged her to continue acting.
Actor Ryu Seong Soo ssi said that she had talent and praised her. For these reasons, it was a pleasant day which made the weariness dissappear.

About two hours have passed, the shooting started, and about another hour has passed.. What’s going on here? Oh My God. Suddenly Bae Yong Joon showed up.
I was so surprised because he was right in front of me, and my bad mood thus far disappeared because of him. Everyone goes to see him despite of their hardships, but I’m seeing him right next to me. Wow.
Thanks to my son. But, my son didn’t know that, and he kept running, fell down, and even a woman assistant director gave him looks continuously. Thinking to go back home, but I decided to stay because I didn’t want such a long waiting period to go in vain.
He wasn’t my favorite entertainer, so I started to lose interests in him as time passed even though he passed by me. He was expressionless, wearing sun glasses and didn’t look at my son even once. My son was more handsome than him. I thought so~~
But..
I was so surprised by his smile when he filmed the last wedding picture. He was expressionless and suddenly he smiled so naturally. Right at that moment, it reminded me of my most beloved husband with a potbelly.
I couldn’t help but be so surprised by his natural expression while he filmed three or four cuts. I couldn’t find his uneasy appearance as a star anywhere. He was so lovely.
He really was to me an angel while others expressed Choi Ji Woo an angel. (Of course, she was so pretty.) Oh my gosh. How can he smile so lovely like that?
There are many people, who smile nicely, but he is a born artist to me, I call myself a philosophical person. As I implied before, I didn’t admire or miss him. Frankly, I didn’t have an interest in him as an entertainer. I like Kang Dong Won who has totally a different style. If you contact me, I really appreciate it. Ha ha ha.
Let’s go back to the original story; it’s a bit of a sensitive issue, but I remember the article about his past love story. Not like now, when he had a difficult time, he had a lover, but his parents didn’t like her. It seemed like a drama to me.
I don’t know whether it’s a true or not, but he must have been hurt. Not only that, he might have been hurt for some other reasons, so he looks cold to endure them. But I could sense his warm heart from his smile.
It seems far-fetched? I clearly guess that, then, is he a born artist? or does he have a good fortune in his face? If I need to choose one, I want to select the first.
There must be someone who is born with superior abilities. Born with a beautiful face, or body, or singing ability, or talking skills.
But, I don’t think he was born with those abilities. Of course, it’s from my standpoint. That’s why I respect him. And I envy him, but I can’t be near him. But I want to know if I need to learn something from him and if so, I want to show it to my son.
It might be a part of excessive motherhood (to raise my son, a child actor, like him), but I’m happy because I found it (suehan: a role model?).
Was it the first time for me to see an entertainer?? Ah... I’m a country girl. I admit that.
A child actor’s mother next to me tried to take a picture of Bae Yong Joon ssi, but she was restrained. I requested it to his manager politely, but I was refused as well. I wasn’t upset because his manager explained the reasons to me very politely by saying, “Others might want to take pictures of him too.”.
Actually, I wasn’t regretting it much at that time. But I’m regretting it a lot now.
I saw his smile and I should have requested to take a picture of him politely again. I’m not sure anybody can see him in his/her life time.
Like this, “Would you please take a picture with my son, so he can want to be like you, Bae Yong Joon ssi?”
I think I should have been brave. If I took a picture of him, even though I was refused, still my son might have felt something when he would have seen me requesting the picture.
For example,
“What? You ignored my mother? I’ll pay you back.” or, if he knew he was a famous person, “Wow, I took a picture with such a famous person. I’ll be successful as him.”, like this.

There was an incident in which Japanese got injured seriously because of the sudden strong wind.
I got squished with them (under a big object) while I was helping them.
I worried for one month with my broken arm if I was going to be able to draw any more.
Fortunately, I can use the keyboard now, just like this.
It has been one month.
