[Must Read] We inform you about policy on Talk Box bulletin board.

How are you, dear BYJ family,
To make right and healthy culture of the Talk Box bulletin board, we are going to do bulletin board policy as follows.
We would like you to read it and participate in it for the right bulletin board culture to settle in.
1. Talk Box bulletin board policy.
-On the Talk Box bulletin board, dear members can unfolds free thoughts and opinions, and the rights and responsibilities of the posted writings belongs to members who write them. In the rights and responsibilities of dear members, you have to create and keep the order of the bulletin board by yourselves.
-We do not respond to questions, requests to improvements, or critical evaluations on BOF on the bulletin board, not the questions or requests for improvements by webmaster inquiry mail (webmaster@byj.co.kr).
(However, in cases, we judge, of false informations or defamation on BOF, we could delete, move, or refuse to log in, without notice on or off line by the rights of webmaster.)
2. Regarding writings about entertainers who belong to us on the Talk Box bulletin board
-Among the writings on the bulletin board about entertainers who belong to us, if they are writings which meets the following contents, we could delete, move, or refuse to log in by the judgement of webmaster.
[Followings]
ㆍ Cases of causing confusion to other members by posting false information on the bulletin board.
ㆍ Cases we can prove defamation with groundless contents which could bring unfair disadvantage to entertainers who belong to us.
3. Regarding the writings between members on the Talk Box bulletin board
- If we receives requests from a member who was victimized due to writing by member, we inform you that the webmaster could post a writing asking for deletion of the replies or the particular postings.
- In cases where the opinions of member who wrote the posted writing and member who sent for the damage are contradictory, because there is no ground for webmaster to make judgement, we will judge for the deletion of the particular writings by referring to followings.
- In cases where members request deletion of a particular writing, the deletion of the particular writing will be judged by referring to the followings.
[Followings]
ㆍCases where we cannot know the trueness or falseness-진위 (I believe it should be true intention-진의 ) for writing the posting because we cannot communicate with the member who wrote the posted writing.
ㆍCases where we could recognize when one submits a data proving that there was damage to the particular person.
ㆍCases with contents which severely insults or defame to other members or the third-party.
4. Regarding writings on the Talk Box bulletin board.
- BOF can delete, move, or refuse to log in posted materials or data which meets followings without prior notice.
ㆍ Cases of spreading or linking contents which violates public orders and good morals and manners
ㆍ Cases of contents that encourage illegal copying or hacking.
ㆍ Cases of commercial for profits
ㆍ Cases of contents that we objectievly recognize that they are related to crimes
ㆍ Cases of contents that infringe on miscellaneous rights including the copyrights of others
ㆍ Cases that are against principle of posted materials as regulated by the company, or that are not proper to the character of the bulletin board.
ㆍ Cases, that, we judge, violate other related laws & regulations.
- In case of posting which webmaster judges to be problematic, in order to adjust the posted writings, (webmaster) can request correction for 2 times on and off lines, and if it is more than 3 times, can cancel the member with the right of the webmaster.
- People, who do not agree with this policy on the bulletin board, may cancle membership, and in cases when you continues ot maintain the service, we consider that you agree with the Talk Box bulletin board policy.
