Dear my BYJ family,

Hello, everyone! This is Bae, Yong Joon.

It’s already warming and delightful spring in Korea. I’d love to go out sight seeing and capture the beautiful moment, people, and nature in pictures with my camera.

How is everyone doing? For I am back from “Asia Tour,” I’d like to take this moment to express my appreciation to all of you. It wasn’t possible without your tremendous support and love.

I’ve always felt bad for not being able to be with BYJ family in overseas. Because of our trust, love, and support, I wish that I could closely spend more time with you all.

Throughout this past “Asia Tour,” I was overwhelmed by your warming and loving welcome. I was not only thrilled to meet you in person, but also happy to keep my promise to visit BYJ family in overseas.

Once again, I can’t begin to say how grateful I am to each one of you.

Because of the time we shared together and the moment I felt your genuine and passionate love for me, I reconfirmed and felt that we are ONE as a family. I am still deeply touched by your endless love and support.

Also, watching you sharing love among BYJ family, I learned that love is worth more when you share with others. You made it possible for me to experience it.

Though I know I can never give enough love in return for your paramount love and support for me, I’d like to take this opportunity to share the love I have for each one of you.

Needless to say, this is just a beginning of our relationship. I’m still lack in many things. However, I continue and strive to do my best to work closely with BYJ family in Korea and overseas.


We are currently going under some changes in management and staffs of BYJ. It is just a process of taking further steps to serve BYJ family better. Please don’t be worried. Your concerns are very much appreciated, as well.

I’d like to continue to share my vision and love with BYJ family. As we all know, action speaks louder than words. I promise you to deliver my best in next project.

I need your love, support, and trust continuously. Please stand by me closely and take good care of yourself until we meet again. I wish you the best and happiness.

I'm really touched by your reassurance to "your family" as regards to your annulment with Hanhshin. It came as a shock to all of us but please do not dwell on this matter too much. I'm sure you'll have better good fortune coming your way. This is only a part and parcel of one's career path and life. would like to thank you for your thoughtfulness... since the news of the annulment of the exclusive contract with hahnsin broke out, many of your fans got really worried for you. that very first announcement was really brief and not telling us much about the facts of the case.

you probably know that you fans would worry for you... am really touched that you took the trouble to write to your overseas fans, in addition to writing to your korean fans. thanks for holding us dear in your heart, as we do you too.

in any case, am sure that whatever your eventual decision is, it will be a better arrangement and outcome than what it was with hahnsin. they do not have the experience nor the expertise to scale your career to greater heights.

whatever you do, just do bear in mind that we're all here for you...

and ha, am sure all of us out here are praying hard that you would soon come our way again!

as for myself, there's nothing i want more than to see you in my own homeland, singapore. i went to korea last october to watch your premiere and surprise surprise! you actually showed up! and i saw you for the first time in my life! then when you visited singapore in march, i was outstationed, so i couldnt see you here.... but hey, i managed to attend your fans gathering in hong kong though... but what i'd really love is to see you here in singapore! can't wait for you to visit us again!

Really great in seeing you in person especially in Singapore. So worried that the 'hot & humid' weather of Singapore 'scare' you away as I could see that you perspired so much whether you were on the stage or at the Orchid naming session in Singapore. (unfortunately to say that Singapore is close or at the Equator).

... heard that you have terminated contract with Hahshin Corporation and stood alone at the moment. Have to say that you have made the right choice !! (FYI, the website of Hahshin Corporation was really badly set up. There are either nothing can be seen or the service is not available).

Lastly, hope to see you either in movie or Korean drama series again :wink:
